Designing custom abutment and suprastructure in one go

When designing custom abutments, you have the choice if you want to:

• Save the abutments only, once their design is finished
• Design abutments and suprastructure in one go

The wizard will ask you whether to save abutments only, or continue designing the suprastructure. If you chose to design the suprastructure in the same session, you will be guided through the following steps:

Freeforming

In the wizard step "Freeforming" you are able to individually freeform the restorations, if required. Here are just the same options available, which are described in the section Freeforming.

Suprastructure crown bottoms

In this wizard step you might design the crown bottoms of the suprastructure. See section "Designing the inside of the crown" for details.

Shrinking

This allows to set up shrinking parameters. See section "Creating the framework from the anatomic shape (Shrinking/Cutback)" for details.

Additional freeforming mode
