Receiving data from other users

The availability to receive files or "import" in dentalshare automatically can be done simply, by going into the setting in the Dental DB (See DentalDB Module) which can be found on the bottom right in the settings of the Dental DB. Here (A) click on the checkbox which allows this function.

Once this is done, you are able to receive files. After you login to dentalshare you may now receive files which have been sent to you. You will see this in the windows toolbar

Here now in the notification area or the taskbar, if there are files that were sent to you, are in a queue and will automatically download. If you click on the arrow (B) in the taskbar you will get a pop up message (C)informing you that there has been a project\file that was imported and if you click again will get another message (D)informing you of which partner sent you the file which domain\user group it was from and the project name and a green confirmation arrow of a successful import.

If there happens to be files which were sent that had already been sent you will see these messages: (A) This will open new window Dentalshare new jobs. In this new window (B) shows files which are in conflict and (C) files which have been successfully imported
