How to activate exocad tray icons in Windows

The system tray on the Windows taskbar shows icons for applications running in the background, allowing quick access and status monitoring.

To customize the system tray to display exocad icons: Hticons-01.png

  1. Right-click on the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.

  2. Expand Other system tray icons.

  3. Enable the icons you want to show in the system tray to see them as shown below.

  4. You can manage system tray icons by dragging them with your mouse. Drag an icon from the hidden area to the tray to keep it visible or drag it back to hide it.

TipIf you rename or move the installation folder, Windows treats the tray icon as a new app (the EXE path changes), so the setting won’t carry over. Enable it again in Taskbar/Notification settings after launching from the new location.
